DetailsIntroducing the Squarebody sheath. Inspired by the rugged, yet simple nature of the squarebody trucks that once roamed the roads and wilderness.
This sheath has your common 2-3" EDC knives in mind. With a spine to blade throat allowance of about 1.25" it fits a wide variety of popular knives and will carry them interchangeably without loss of retention. The clip is a DCC 1.5" HLR gear clip which can be flipped to carry on a belt or in a pocket.
I use a high quality wax treated, vegetable tanned American water buffalo leather which is very dense and resists, dirt and moisture. It has proven to be incredibly durable throughout my years of using it.
The design of the sheath came out of my love of the compact EDC fixed blade, which has become very popular. The idea behind the sheath was developed with Bear Den Blades for use with his knife designs. The lucky result was a sheath which fit an even wider variety of knives and holds them confidently.
